More than 30 000 competitors meet every year at this sporting event, which is widely relayed by national and international medias.
Many Rotarians, in all our districts, are already Marathon runners. Others are thinking of becoming a runner and are training for that purpose. Others, lastly, will take advantage of this exceptional opportunity to take up the challenge !
Our project aims at gathering at least 500 Rotarians from France and worldwide countries, who will take part in this event under Rotary's colours, that is by wearing the Centennial tee-shirt.
Their race in teams will give a young, dynamic and friendly image of Rotary, and will thus contribute in the Centennial's communication campaign.
Organization details will be finalized in due course, but names and details of Rotarians interested should be listed from now on.
